Priors Hall
- A development of 5,100+ new homes, the whole Priors Hall scheme is subdivided into 3 Zones.
- Urban and Civic acquired the site with assistance from the HCA in late 2017.
- Zone 1 is almost complete.
- Outline application for Zones 2 & 3 submitted. This application was approved and s106 agreement signed, see below app details:
- Application 19/00351/OUT was approved on 5th March 2021 – Application for outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for means of access, for the development of a mixed use urban extension to include; residential development of up to 3,500 dwellings (C3), up to 1,000m2 of A1-A5, D1 and D2 uses within two local centres, two primary schools (D1), green infrastructure including formal and informal open space, wildlife corridors, landscaping, allotments/orchards and play areas, primary street and pedestrian and cycle network, connections to the surrounding highway including access from the A43 and Zone 1, associated drainage, utilities and transport infrastructure and any necessary groundworks and demolition and extension to Local Wildlife Sites (Zones 2 & 3).
- A large number of reserved matters applications for zones 2 and 3 have been submitted and are being processed.
- Additional landscaping and play areas are now incorporated into the site, improving quality of life for existing residents.
- The Urban and Civic site office and Café is now open.
- Secondary school opened in 2008 serving the Priors Hall Park development and surrounding area (part of the Brooke Weston Trust). Primary School has since opened (2016). Priors Hall Zones 2 & 3 is looking to provide a further two primary schools: one in Zone 2 and one in Zone 3.
- District Centre nursery opened in February 2021.
- Sainsburys Local also opened in February 2021 with another 10 small commercial units completing building works ready for occupation.
- Work on 66-bed care home in District Centre commenced in October 2020. And opened as of in late 2021.
- Land is reserved in the Zone 1 District Centre for a health facility to serve the whole development. Play areas completed in Zone 1.
- Zone 1 community centre in the District Centre will serve the whole development, but there is further scope for further facilities within the local centres proposed in Zones 2 and 3.

Weldon Park
- Weldon Park, a mixed-use development including 1,000 new homes, together with Priors Hall comprises the North East Corby SUE.
- Persimmon Homes are lead promoter/house builder.
- Phase 1 is complete whilst Phase 2 and 3 have reserved matters approval.
- Access junction with the A43 is complete to serve phase 1.
- Phase 1 spine road is complete and open.
- Provision for small amount of employment/retail land.
- Provision for primary school and nursery.
