Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan
The Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan was formally adopted at North Northamptonshire's Full Council Meeting on 1 December 2021.
The Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan is now formally part of the Development Plan for North Northamptonshire and supersedes the 1995 Local Plan for Kettering Borough.
The Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan Adoption Statement and Sustainability Appraisal Adoption Statement are available on request from [email protected].
Hard copies of these documents are available for inspection at the Council Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering and Kettering, Burton Latimer, Desborough and Rothwell libraries during normal opening hours.
Policies map
The Policies Map for the Adopted Kettering Site Specific Part 2 Local Plan is available in Appendix 3 of the document. The Policies Map illustrates the policies in the Adopted Plan. Using the interactive map

- to search for an address, enter the address into the search bar ‘Find address or place’ and press the magnifying glass
- to zoom in and out of the map, you can use the plus or minus arrows. To go back to the default scale, you can click on the home icon
