Information
As a council tenant, you have a right to receive information about any changes to the way we manage your home. We do this by writing to you and visiting your area to speak to residents.
We also send out a newsletter to all our tenants. The newsletter provides information about our latest initiatives and any forthcoming news about housing.
Consultation
You will be consulted about any major projects or improvements that are planned for your neighbourhood which may affect you or the area you live in.
We consult with residents in a variety of ways so that we may take as many opinions as possible into account such as:
- surveys
- holding events in your area
- door knocking to talk to residents
- meetings which you can attend
- focus groups
We will tell you when there will be a local consultation event in your area.
