Emergencies

An emergency repair is needed urgently because it's:

  • an immediate danger to the tenant or property
  • a potential security or health and safety risk

We will attend an emergency repair within 24 hours and this doesn't need an appointment. A person over 18 years of age must be present.

Emergencies, including out-of-hours, can be reported by calling 0300 126 3000.

Utilities

You should contact the utility company in the event of a gas, electric or water emergency:

Repairs

Repair works are important - as a landlord, we need to provide homes that meet the government’s Decent Homes Standard and ensure the property:

  • meets the current standard for housing and is safe
  • is in a reasonable state of repair
  • has reasonably modern facilities and services
  • provides a reasonable degree of thermal comfort

Repairs can be reported online and our team will get back to you - you can also get an update on an existing repair and change your appointment.

Handbook

Your repairs handbook tells you about our repairs service and includes details of ourresponsibilities as landlord and yours as the tenant or leaseholder.
