Repair appointments
Someone (18 or over) must be present for your repair. Make sure that the area where the repair is going to be completed is clean and clear.
Pets (e.g. dogs) need to be shut in a room that our operative doesn't need to access or safely moved outside. Children should also be kept away from the operative while they are working.
Changing your appointment
If you can't keep a repair appointment, phone 0300 126 3000 as soon as you can to rebook it.
Missed appointments mean that we can't complete as many repairs as we could do on any given day.
Operatives and contractors
All our operatives and contractors wear ID.
Heating repairs and electrical checks
Our contractor called Sureserve Compliance Central (to carry out essential heating and electrical checks, as well as undertaking all heating system maintenance and repairs.
Repairs to your heating and hot water system should still be reported directly to us. We will arrange for them to attend.
Other repairs and new boilers
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other repairs are carried out by our in-house operatives.
In-house operatives will also install new boilers to your home where needed.
