Estate walkabouts
Estate walkabouts give tenants and residents the opportunity to meet with members of our housing team to identify and discuss issues affecting their neighbourhood.
Walkabouts can also attended by local councillors, Police and safer neighbourhood teams, anti-social behaviour officers, repairs and maintenance teams and Customer Services colleagues.
During the walkabout, we look at issues that may need attention, including:
- fly-tipping and litter
- graffiti and vandalism
- anti-social behaviour hotspots
- lighting and environmental concerns
- property and estate repairs
- other issues affecting the local community
Any concerns identified will be recorded, reported to the relevant team and followed up through an action plan. We will share outcomes with those who take part wherever possible.
Get involved
Join us for an estate walkabout and help improve your local area.
There's no need to sign up or make a regular commitment, simply come along and have your say.
