We recommend taking out contents insurance as it protects the contents of your home, garage and shed if your possessions were stolen, damaged, or destroyed. As a landlord, we won't cover your contents as part of the tenancy agreement.

It's important to make an informed decision:

consider if you need insurance and to what level
shop around with comparison sites
make sure providers are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)

Cover can be added for optional extras such as:

hearing aids
wheelchairs
bicycles
personal belongings
