Empty
Empty council properties are usually awaiting repairs, redecorations or re-letting and we are keen to ensure they stay empty until we place a tenant in them.
Unauthorised occupants
If you become aware of squatters, unauthorised occupants or see anyone suspicious in a property that you think should be vacant, please contact us so that we can resolve the matter quickly. Any contact will be strictly confidential:
