Notice is hereby given by North Northamptonshire Council (“the Council”)

1. That, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the council proposes to dispose by way of a lease, an area of land c.2.8m x 1.95m at Stamford Road Open Space, Kettering, NN16 8XX for the purposes of an environmental quality monitoring station’.
2. The Site includes areas of land which consist of or may be deemed to consist of public open space.

The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at, North Northamptonshire Council, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants,NN15 7QX / Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants NN17 1QG.

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, to Director of Assets & Environment, North Northamptonshire Council, The Corby Cube, George Street, Corby, Northants, NN17 1QG or email [email protected] no later than 5pm on 27 August 2026.

Hatton Park, 100 square metres of land to the south of Hardwick Road, Wellingborough 

North Northamptonshire Council

Notice is hereby given by North Northamptonshire Council (“the Council"):

1. That, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council intends to dispose of 100 square metres of land to the south of Hardwick Road, Wellingborough for the installation of telecoms equipment (the “Site”).
2. The Site includes areas of land which may be deemed to consist of public open space.
3. The disposal of the leasehold interest in the Site is to release the land for telecoms equipment.

The Plan showing the Site may be inspected during normal office hours at North Northamptonshire Council Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants NN15 7QX.
