North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

North Northamptonshire Council (Kettering Road, Weldon) (Prohibition of right turns) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of their powers under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, propose to make an Order to prohibit any vehicle from turning right when exiting Corby Household Recycling Centre on to Kettering Road Weldon.

The proposed restriction is intended to improve road safety and reduce congestion.

A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact lengths of roads to which it relates and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:
