North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The North Northamptonshire Council (Weldon Village) (20mph speed limit) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council proposes to make an Order under Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road specified in the Schedule to the Order and in the Schedule below.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a plan showing the exact length of road to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected on the Council’s website at: www.northnorthants.gov.uk and search for traffic regulation orders.

Making representations or objections - Persons wishing to make comments, representations or object to the Order, must do so by sending them in writing to:

On lengths of Bakers Lane, Bramblewood Road, Bridge Street, Chapel Road, Church Street, Church View, Church Walk, Corby Road, Dash Farm Close, Deeneside, Dibbin Close, Gander Close, Gretton Road, Hall's Close, High Street, Kettering Road, Larratt Road, Orchard Close, Oundle Road, The Poplars, Roman Close, Rose Avenue, School Lane, Singlehurst Close, Stamford Road, Water Lane and Walnut Close, Weldon, as more particularly described in the Schedule to the Order.
