Contacting property helpdesk (non housing) for matters about our office buildings, open spaces, local flooding/drainage and open estate.

If the issue is an emergency outside normal working hours, call 0300 126 1001 and choose Option 1. Outside normal working hours, this line automatically connects to the Out of Hours Provider. 

If there is an immediate danger to life, serious injury or fire, call 999 first. 

Non-urgent issues 

For issues affecting streets, roads, paths or public spaces, such as potholes, blocked drains, damaged street assets, broken paving, street lighting issues, please use the Reporting Tool.

For issues about street cleansing including fly-tipping, reporting litter, dog fouling, dead animals, street cleaning, graffiti, grass cutting, trees, hedges please report those with street cleansing.

For issues about council housing repairs please report those with repairs.
