Cheltenham road development site

The Cheltenham Road site is a newly built housing development in Corby, specifically designed to support the Armed Forces Community and reinforce North Northamptonshire Council’s commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant Northamptonshire.

As part of Corby’s first Sustainable Urban Extension, this development integrates with the existing community and infrastructure by allocating 18 units to former Armed Forces members.

This project is the first of its kind in the area, specifically addressing the housing needs of households under the Armed Forces Covenant and the Keyways Housing Allocation Scheme.
