Activate your account
If you've enrolled on a course with us before, you already have an account that needs activating before you're able to book a course using our new booking system.
It is important that you only have one account on our new system so we receive the correct level of funding for the number of people who book our courses.
Activating
- Select the 'activate your account' button at the bottom of this page
- Request to create a new password by filling in your surname, the email address you used to book a course with us previously and the captcha code - If you have forgotten which email address you used, please contact us below and we will support you to update your email address once you have confirmed a few security questions
- We will email you a link to the email address provided to us to create a new password
- Open the link and you will be directed to create a new password
- Once you have created a new password, you will be able to log in and book a course with us
