Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)
The SDQ is used to measure a child's pro-social behaviour, emotional symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity and peer difficulties. The questionnaire should be completed prior to the PEP to inform interventions, discussions and targets.
The SDQ is available directly through the Northamptonshire PEP which can be found on ePEP.
