Find out where your child has been allocated a school place

All parents who apply for their child's place in Reception (or year 3 place in a junior school) by the deadline of 15 January 2025 will receive an offer of a school place for their child in one of two ways:

  • Online: Offers will be emailed on 16 April 2025
  • Paper form: Offer letters will be posted on 16 April 2025

Late applications

Late applications are applications received after 15 January 2025 and these are dealt with in rounds. There is a deadline for applications to be submitted by to be included in each round. Each reallocation process can take a number of weeks, depending on how many applications are received.

Emails will be sent to all late applicants who apply online. We will only inform parents of children on a waiting list if we are able to offer a place. Otherwise, their child's name will remain on the waiting list for the next round.

There is no need to contact us after completing a late application form, or on the process start date - we will contact you once an offer has been made.

Applications received after 4 July 2025 will be processed as and when received during July to August. Applications received after August will be processed according to our in year co-ordination policy.
