Leaseholder disputes
Your lease is a complicated legal document which sets out the responsibilities of us as your landlord and your responsibilities as a leaseholder.
If there is a dispute or disagreement, this will need to be settled under the conditions of your lease, as the lease is the legal contract between you and the council.
You should consider getting independent legal advice from your solicitor or a local advice centre such as a Citizens Advice Bureau.
For more information please refer to your Leaseholder Handbook.
