Checking in with Tenancy Audits
Tenancy Audits are regular checks we undertake to ensure your tenancy is running smoothly and your home is well-maintained. We will:
- check if there are any support needs to help you sustain your tenancy
- identify any maintenance issues or repairs
- check on property condition and identify that no authorised improvements have been undertaken
- confirm who is living in the property and ensure your property is suitable for your household
This helps us manage council housing and can prevent tenancy fraud. It promotes a positive living environment for the community.
Arranging
We will contact you by letter or email with the date and time of your audit.
You can get in contact to rearrange it if needed.
