Kettering Library
Kettering library is now open in its new interim location in Cornerstone (upper floor of the new extension, next to the existing library).
A full range of library services is offered, but on a reduced scale during normal opening hours, with library staff on hand to offer assistance to customers.
Services offered include:
- selection of book stock for browsing and borrowing
- book returns
- reservations for specific items
- free wifi
- warm space
- toilets with disabled and baby changing facilities
- 2 public computers, photocopying, printing and scanning
Interim services
Blue badge application appointments are available to book on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the library’s temporary location in Cornerstone.

All bus pass applications are completed in the library’s temporary location in Cornerstone.
All under 5's events are in the library’s temporary location in Cornerstone. Due to limited capacity all Under 5’s events require booking. To book a place please email: [email protected]

Microfiche and microfilm services will not be available in Kettering. Corby Library is the nearest alternative facility.

Local and family history
We hold a collection of local and family history resources including the Evening Telegraph newspaper on microfilm for the years 1898 to 1950, 1955 to 1957 and 1978 to 2017.
