Trauma informed practice
Framework
Our Trauma Informed Reflective Framework supports individuals, teams and organisations take a trauma-sensitive approach to their work.
It helps assess your current practices and provides step-by-step guidance on how you can better support those who have experienced trauma and those working with them.
Community of Practice
We facilitate a Community of Practice group - providing professionals in North Northamptonshire the opportunity to:
- learn more about trauma informed practices
- share best practice
- discuss challenges encountered when implementing this approach
This group meets online every 2 months.
