Trauma informed practice
Framework
Our Trauma Informed Reflective Framework supports individuals, teams and organisations take a trauma-sensitive approach to their work.
It helps assess your current practices and provides step-by-step guidance on how you can better support those who have experienced trauma and those working with them.
Training and Community of Practices
We offer training to build understanding and knowledge of trauma and trauma informed practices.
We also facilitate two Community of Practice groups - providing networks of individuals with the opportunity to:
- learn
- share best practice
- discuss challenges encountered when implementing this approach
