North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

North Northamptonshire Council (Pipe Lane, Warkton) (30 miles per hour speed limit) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 82, 83, and 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 30 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road described in the Schedule to this Notice.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on the roads listed below.

A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact lengths of roads to which it relates and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:
