North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
North Northamptonshire Council (A6, Burton Latimer to Finedon) (50 miles per hour speed limit) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to introduce a 50 miles per hour speed limit on the length of road described in the Schedule to this notice.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on the road specified in the Schedule below.
A copy of the proposed Order, a map showing the exact length of road to which it relates and a statement of the council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be:

All representations must be received no later than 24 July 2025.
