North Northamptonshire Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

North Northamptonshire Council (Raunds Road, Ringstead) (30 miles per hour speed limit) order 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Sections 82, 83, and 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, proposes to make an Order to implement a 30 miles per hour speed limit on that length of road described in the Schedule to this Notice.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour on that road specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan showing the exact length of road to which it relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing the Order, may be:
