Direct debits
We're updating our council tax account numbers as we merge systems from 4 into 1. When we do this, we will update your direct debit details automatically:
- you won't need to take action
- the date the direct debit is taken won't change
- the amount won't change
We've recently updated council tax accounts in the Kettering area and sent letters which will provide full information.
Let us know you are changing address and moving to, out of, or within North Northamptonshire.
You can also let us know if you've bought an empty property.
