Council tax refunds
Direct debits
We're updating our council tax account numbers as we merge systems from 4 into 1. When we do this, we will update your direct debit details automatically:
- you won't need to take action
- the date the direct debit is taken won't change
- the amount won't change
We've recently updated council tax accounts in the Kettering area and sent letters which will provide full information.
If your council tax account is in credit, we can get this refunded to you.
You will be asked for your bank details so we can complete a BACs transfer.
