Tenant involvement

We want tenants to help us shape our housing service by getting involved. You can choose how and when to participate - every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

Ways to get involved

Out and about

Help us make sure our priorities match yours by joining our:

  • tenant advisory panel - meets every third Thursday of the month, 12:30pm to 3:30pm reviewing performance, policies and new initiatives with a guest speaker (lunch and travel expenses provided)
  • tenant scrutiny group - carries out regular reviews to check the quality of our services and makes recommendations for improvements
  • focus groups - one-hour sessions with 6 to 10 tenants to share your opinions on specific topics
  • meetings and conferences - get involved in events, meet-ups, networking, training, and tenant conferences
  • representing tenants locally and nationally - speak up for tenants in your area or scheme such as sheltered housing or a specific estate and help shape local decisions
  • Sheltered accommodation forum - our new Sheltered Tenants Forum for tenants living in sheltered housing in Kettering and Corby will help plan activities and social events that suit your needs and interests
  • Estate walkabouts - join us for an estate walkabout to highlight local issues like fly-tipping, graffiti, or lighting problems, no regular commitment needed, just turn up and have your say

At home

Get involved from the comfort of your home, at a time that suits you, by signing up for our:

  • surveys -  we regularly send out surveys to gather your opinions and understand what matters most to you, including our annual STAR Survey
  • editorial panel - help us review documents and information we create, ensuring they are factual, clear, and easy to read
