Planning permission for council housing alterations
In some cases you need to apply for planning permission (e.g. creating a hardstanding or parking space in your garden or building an extension).
If unsure you should contact us for advice.
In these cases we won't give consent unless planning permission has been granted. Planning permission itself does override the need to get landlord consent for the work.
