Productivity Plan

We are committed to delivering efficient, effective, and economic public services.

This plan has been shaped by a national requirement for councils to set out their plans for improving productivity and delivering services more efficiently.

Our plan covers:

• how we will reduce costs and provide better services to residents
• the work we have done and are planning to do to establish and develop the council and its partnerships
• where we see opportunities to use new digital capabilities to deliver improved services in better ways
• work we are doing to become more efficient
• areas where the government could help us further improve
