Complain about a taxi driver

Licensed drivers and operators need to be 'fit and proper' to be licensed and should conduct themselves to high standards.

Vehicles also need to be of a high standard, clean and safe.

If the complaint relates to a criminal act or a road traffic offence (e.g. speeding or dangerous driving), the police should be contacted in the first instance.
