These maps are legal documents and cannot be photocopied. If you require more than one copy please state this upon requesting an extract.
If additional prints are needed, these can be purchased at the time of ordering extracts only. Electronic copies such as JPG or PDF cannot be supplied.

Rights of Way Searches
Requests for information on public rights of way are usually dealt with by supplying extracts of the Definitive Map at the prices above.
If additional questions regarding public rights of way are requested, these will be charged at £15 per question (in addition to the cost of the map extract given above).

Orders and Notice fees
An additional notice fee will be payable for deposits made under the Commons Act 2006. This fee is to cover the cost of erecting notices on site, as required by legislation and will vary dependent upon the size and number of notices required.
These fees will be charged by the Planning Services (Development Control) Team at North Northamptonshire Council who deal with Village Greens and Common Land applications.
Public Path Orders (Highways Act 1980, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or Cycle Tracks Act 1984)
Processing applications for Public Path Orders will be charged at the standard cost of £6,600 where North Northamptonshire Council, as the Order Making Authority, is able to confirm an Order as an unopposed order or the applicant has agreed to an opposed order being forwarded to the Secretary of State.
In addition, any works needed to bring the Order into being that are carried out by North Northamptonshire Council will be charged at cost.
Six Month Traffic Regulation Orders (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
Making six month Traffic Regulation Orders will be charged at the standard cost of £2,500. At least six weeks notice of the application must be given.
Extension to a Six Month Traffic Regulation Orders (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
Applying to the Secretary of State for and issuing a six month extension to a Traffic Regulation Order will be charged at the standard cost of £2,500.
21 Day, Emergency Traffic Regulation Notice (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
Making a 21-day Traffic Regulation Notice will be charged at the standard cost of £1,300.
Permanent Traffic Regulation Orders (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984)
Making a permanent Traffic Regulation Orders will be charged at the standard cost of £5,000.
