Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD)

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) provide additional guidance on matters covered by Development Plan Documents. Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) documents were previously issued.

They are not part of the statutory Development Plan, but form part of the Local Development Framework, and will be an important consideration in determining planning applications.
