Appeal will take place at Rockingham Suite, Best Western Hotel, Rockingham Road, Corby, NN17 2AE on 27 July 2022 at 10am

Appeal

Appeals by Mr Patrick and Mr Joe Delaney against the non-determination of a planning application and enforcement notice served by North Northampton Council (formally Corby Borough Council).

For non-determination of planning application for the change of use of land for residential purposes for 5 gypsy and traveller pitches including the provision of hardstanding ancillary to that use.

Appeal against the enforcement notice served for the unauthorised change of use of land from grass field and paddock to land for the stationing of caravans.

Appeals by Mr Thomas and Mr Miles Doran relating to the applications to North Northampton Council (formally Corby Borough Council).

For retrospective application for the material change of use to residential caravan site providing 4 gypsy pitches, including laying of hardstanding, erection of boundary walls and fences, construction of new access and erection of ancillary amenity building.

For proposed residential caravan site for 6 gypsy / traveller families at land to the South of Oakley Park.
