Planning re-application
A re-application can be made following either refusal or approval (e.g. if approved but you want to make a change to the scheme which is similar in character or description).
Fee changes - 6 December 2023
The following fee exemptions have been revoked from 6 December:
- Regulation 8 (Second application following approval) - it will still be possible to make revised applications, but a fresh fee is payable
- Regulation 9 (Second application following withdrawal or refusal) - a fee exemption will still apply for applications that meet this criteria if withdrawn or refused before 6 December
