How long to get a housing register property

It's impossible to advise how long it will take to be offered a property as it depends on:

• the band priority you have
• type and size of property needed
• your preferred areas of choice
• how many properties become available

The demand for properties simply outweighs supply and even those in an urgent housing need can be waiting some time. Make sure you consider all housing options available to you.
