Integrated Care Northamptonshire strategy

Integrated Care Northamptonshire has launched a 10 year strategy, Live Your Best Life.

The strategy sets out how we can achieve better outcomes throughout all stages of life:  From pregnancy, birth and early years, followed by improved education and better employment opportunities, plus an ambition of better access to health and care services, right through to the end of life. 

It has been developed by NHS providers, local councils, voluntary and community organisations and others, aiming to work together to address challenges and improve the health and wellbeing of those who live and work in the area.
