Rural drainage

You can report flooding or issues that could cause flooding to the owner or organisation responsible:

• Piped ditches are the responsibility of adjacent landowner for maintenance
• Roadside hedges and trees are the responsibility of adjacent landowner for maintenance
• Verges are our responsibility for maintenance
• Highway grips (the drainage channels dug from the road to the ditch) are our responsibility for maintenance
• Roadside ditches are the responsibility of adjacent landowner for maintenance
