Lost and stray dogs

Collecting your stray dog

When we collect a dog it is taken to our contracted kennels, but if we can identify the owner we will try and get in contact with them first.

Corby and East Northamptonshire areas

Dogs are brought to the following kennel from the Corby and East Northamptonshire areas:

Wednesdays - you will need to contact the council first.
Saturday 9am to 4pm - Sundays and Bank Holidays 9am to 2pm

You will need to pay a fine, the daily cost of kennelling and any veterinary costs to the kennel.

Kettering and Wellingborough areas

You will be required to pay a fine, the daily cost of kennelling and any veterinary costs to the kennel. Please call the kennel to arrange a suitable time for collection and make arrangements for payment.
