NNC Therapy Service - Equipment for your home

The Occupational Therapy service supports you with your disability or long-term condition and helps connect you to your local community. Services include: Assessments, minor adaptations, major adaptations, equipment for your home. Everyone is eligible for assessment and advice around equipment, technology, adaptations and solutions to promote independence. Requests for standalone pressure care or mobility equipment will be signposted to the appropriate organisation
