Thank you for your letter of 12 September responding to feedback provided by the Quality Assurance Panel on DHR 003 that you undertook on behalf of East Northamptonshire Council.

I am grateful to you for carefully considering the Panel’s observations and for confirming that most of these have now been reflected in the amended report. I am also grateful to you for providing further clarification in relation to some of the other issues the Panel raised and why you felt further changes were not necessary to the narrative, The Panel is satisfied that all matters have now been addressed.
