Comment on a planning application

Comments and consultation extended

We have extended the time period for public comment and consultation on three applications submitted by Stanton Cross Developments

Comment on a planning application

Comments need to be made in writing and can be submitted online, by email or letter. Anyone can comment on any application, but you should view the application documents and plans before you do.

You will need to provide:

  • your name
  • address
  • email
  • planning application number
  • site address or location

Anonymous or verbal comments can't be accepted.

All comments are available for public inspection.  Before submitting your comments please read our privacy notice.

You have 24 days to make comments from the consultation or publicity start dates of the application.

We'll confirm the deadline for comments on:

  • letters we send you
  • site notices displayed close to the development site
  • on either 'important dates' or 'key dates' within the search results on our planning application portals

Due to the high number of comments we receive, we don't acknowledge receipt of comments and can't enter into correspondence about any issues raised.

Comments used for appeals

If an application is refused for a householder application, only comments made during the application stage are used going forward in the appeals process. No further comments can be made.
