North Northamptonshire Council (Main Street, Cotterstock) (30 MPH speed limit) Order 2025

Statement of reasons

North Northamptonshire Council are proposing to make an Order to introduce a 30 mph speed limit on part of Main Street, Cotterstock.

For the purposes of the traffic regulation Order and in accordance with Section 1 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the proposal is required in order:

• To avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and to prevent the likelihood of any such danger arising
