Designation of the Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Ashley Neighbourhood Plan

Town and Country Planning (General) Neighbourhood Planning Regulations 2012 (as amended) and Localism Act 2011

North Northamptonshire Council received an application from Ashley Parish Council as a relevant body to designate the whole of the Ashley Parish as the Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Ashley Neighbourhood Plan.

In accordance with Regulation 5A of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), on 27 March 2024 North Northamptonshire Council designated the Parish of Ashley as the Neighbourhood Plan Area for the Ashley Neighbourhood Plan.
