Online, one-stop hub for BIG50 goes live

A new website for BIG50 - the vision for North Northamptonshire for the year 2050 has been officially launched this week.
BIG50 is a bold, long-term, unified vision for how North Northamptonshire will grow, improve and develop by 2050. It is a collaboration between the public sector, businesses, education and healthcare providers, community groups and residents.
The three core aims of the BIG50 are to make North Northamptonshire a:
- Proud Place - build a place that people are proud to call home - celebrating our heritage, strengthening our communities, and enhancing our natural and built environments.
- Prosperous Place - aim to create a thriving economy that works for everyone.
- Proactive Place - be bold in tackling challenges and seizing opportunities.
The new website includes more detail about BIG50, plus how people can get involved and it will continue to develop as partners and stakeholders move towards making North Northamptonshire a proud, prosperous and proactive place.
All partners involved want everyone in North Northamptonshire to be part of the BIG50 journey and the website includes an area where anyone can pledge their support to be part of BIG50, alongside more detail on the BIG50 vision.

The new website is the perfect addition to the work partners are already doing and will mean that anyone in the local area can see what BIG50 means and what is happening to ensure North Northamptonshire is a proud, prosperous and proactive place.
