Danielle met with the Leader of North Northamptonshire Council Leader Martin Griffiths to present him with a copy of the Charter.

I am delighted that North Northamptonshire Council has signed the Charter and pledged to do all they can to help keep women safe.
As one of the largest employers in Northamptonshire, I hope their commitment will encourage other organisations from across the county to sign up to the Charter to ensure women are both heard and kept safe in the workplace.
Danielle Stone, Northamptonshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner.
I want us all to recognise the incredible women who work across the Council, our elected Members, and the women and girls who contribute so much to life in North Northamptonshire.

By signing the Northamptonshire Women’s Charter, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where women are heard, valued and protected - both in the workplace and across our communities. We are proud to stand with partners across the county in supporting this important work.
Councillor Martin Griffiths, Leader of North Northamptonshire Council.
