Private sector housing15 December 2025

North Northamptonshire Council have partnered with AgilityEco, part of M Group, and its installation division Aran to deliver a Warm Homes: Local Grant programme across the local area.
Building on the success of the previous Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 (HUG2) programme, the three-year scheme will provide energy upgrades for 137 homes, supported by £1.7 million in funding.
The programme will enable eligible, low-income and vulnerable households across North Northamptonshire to benefit from essential energy efficiency improvements delivered through high-quality installations, fully compliant with national guidelines and industry standards.
AgilityEco and Aran will be working closely with residents and stakeholders throughout to realise the project aims of reducing fuel poverty, enhancing energy performance, and supporting warmer, healthier homes in the North Northamptonshire area.
We are pleased to have appointed Aran Insulation Ltd working in partnership with Agility Eco to deliver the Warm Homes Local Grant scheme. The scheme will offer energy efficiency upgrades to privately owned homes in the North Northamptonshire area, and we look forward to a successful project and the positive impacts it will bring to local residents in terms of warmer and healthier homes.Cllr Kirk Harrison, North Northamptonshire Council’s Executive Member for Regulatory Services
