BIG50 celebration week to take place

A week of activity is planned to celebrate the BIG50 vision for the future of North Northamptonshire.
Taking place from 6 - 10 October, the week will launch with hundreds of young North Northants residents coming together for the area’s first ever Youth Summit.
Attendees will take part in a variety of sessions and workshops, including a discussion on BIG50 and what it means to North Northamptonshire and the people who live within the area.
Other activities across the week include the launch of the new BIG50 website and a call for residents, businesses and stakeholders to pledge their support to the BIG50 vision.

The work of the BIG50 has already begun, but this week is about encouraging more residents and businesses to join us on the BIG50 journey and come together to help shape a long-term view of what is most important for the area.

BIG50 is a bold, long-term, unified vision for how North Northamptonshire will grow, improve and develop by 2050. It is a collaboration between the public sector, businesses, education and healthcare providers, community groups and residents.
