You will need your reference number - payments can include rent, leaseholder charges, insurance, repairs and other items.

Direct debit

A direct debit pays your rent automatically from your bank account. You can choose to make your direct debit payment on the 1st, 15th or 28th of each month.

Standing order

This payment method can be set up to pay on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, as you set the date the standing order is paid.

You will then need to contact your bank quoting the amount and provide our bank details as follows:                 

• account name - North Northamptonshire Council
• account code - 13629015
• sort code - 20-17-68
• reference - your rent reference found at the bottom of your rent payment card

Allpay

You can use your allpay card to pay by cash at various convenient locations. Order one online if you don't already have one.
