Online

You will need your reference number - payments can include rent, leaseholder charges, insurance, repairs and other items.

Direct debit

A direct debit pays your rent automatically from your bank account. You can choose to make your direct debit payment on the 1st, 15th or 28th of each month.

Standing order

This payment method can be set up to pay on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis as you set the date the standing order is paid.

You will then need to contact your bank quoting the amount and provide our bank details as follows:

• Account code: 13629015
• Reference: your rent reference found at the bottom of your rent payment card

By post

You can pay by cheque, postal or money order made out to North Northamptonshire Council and write your name, address and rent account number on the back.

Allpay
