Keysafe
Securely store a set of keys, to enable access in an emergency
A keysafe is a strong, lockable box fixed to the outside of your home to hold spare keys.
It lets trusted people get a key without needing to enter the building or be there in person. You can use keysafes so carers, family members, or emergency services can get in quickly during an emergency, like a medical situation.
Our keysafes
We only install Police-recommended key safes that meet the 'Secured by Design' standard for maximum safety and reliability.

Requirements
You’ll need to provide your own spare keys for the keysafe.
If you rent your property, we’ll need written confirmation from your private landlord.
If you live in a Housing Association property, they may provide a keysafe for you. We recommend contacting them first before requesting a keysafe through us.
Installing your keysafe
Keysafes will only be installed into brick or concrete surfaces to ensure they are secure and stable. For security, we recommend placing the keysafe out of direct line of sight.
You can choose your own access code, which will be set during installation. Once installed, we do not offer a removal service for the keysafe.
Cost
Supply and installation is a one off payment of £94.16. We do not install self-purchased keysafes.
