The museum and gallery are temporarily closed while we complete our redevelopment project.
Kettering has its own centrally-located art gallery, housing a rich collection of paintings, ranging from 19th to 21st century works, by contemporary artists. Entry to the gallery is free.
Permanent collection
The Alfred East Art Gallery holds a collection of works by many notable British artists, and with large collections by Sir Alfred East and Thomas Cooper Gotch.
Only a selection of our permanent collection is on display at any one time, depending on the current exhibitions. If you are planning to visit the gallery to view specific artists or works, you may wish to contact our team before you travel, so that we can confirm what is on display.
Craft Showcase
The Craft Showcase changes every month, displaying a variety of crafts. All items in the showcase are for sale.
