Lifeline digital switchover

We have now switched all customers supported by our Assistive Technology team from landline connections to digital. This is part of the national switchover.

All landline‑connected lifelines must be upgraded before December 2027, as they may stop working after this date. If you do not receive your service through the North Northants Assistive Technology Service, please contact your provider to arrange an update.
